This section (Laws of Fla. ch. 5080(1901), § 37, as amended by Laws of Fla. ch. 7130(1915), § 1, and Laws of Fla. ch. 19685(1939), § 1), which has not been amended by referendum after July 1, 1973, and which is not an extraterritorial power, has been editorially deleted as unnecessary as home rule powers of a municipality are derived from the constitution and F.S. ch. 166.
