§ 110-123. Special conditions or requirements.

In any recommendation to the city council in favor of the applicant, the board of adjustment shall include as a part thereof suggested conditions, requirements or limitations which the board deems necessary and desirable to protect adjacent properties in the surrounding neighborhood and to carry out the spirit and purpose of this chapter.
