§ 110-407. Minimum floor area for dwellings and rental sleeping rooms.

In the B-3 district, the minimum floor area of a dwelling unit shall be 350 square feet. The minimum floor area of a rental sleeping room in a hotel, motel, lodginghouse, tourist home or similar use shall be 120 square feet.
