§ 110-441. Purpose.

The C-1 commercial district is generally intended for certain repair and other services, wholesale, storage and warehouse uses and sales of large or heavy machinery and equipment. It serves large sections of the county or metropolitan area rather than nearby residential areas, and does not primarily cater to retail trade.
