§ 110-501. Permitted uses.

In the mobile home park district, no building or structure, or part thereof, shall be erected, altered or used, or land or water used, in whole or in part, for other than one or more of the following specified uses:
(1)

Mobile home parks, subject to the definitions, limitations and requirements of chapter 66, article III.

(2)

Any use permitted in an R-1C district, subject to the limitations, requirements and procedures prescribed for such use.
