§ 110-301. Uses permitted.

In the R-4 district, no building or structure, or part thereof, shall be erected, altered or used, or land or water used, in whole or in part, for other than one or more of the following specified uses:

(1)

Any use permitted in an R-3 district, subject to the limitations, requirements and procedure prescribed for such use unless such use is specifically permitted in this district.

(2)

One-family, two-family, and multiple dwellings.

(3)

Community garages.

(4)

Institutions of an educational, philanthropic or eleemosynary character, not operated for profit, other than penal or correctional institutions or vocational or trade schools.

Accessory uses and structures.
