§ 110-347. Minimum floor area for dwellings and rental sleeping rooms.

In the B-1 district, the minimum floor area of a dwelling unit shall be 350 square feet. The minimum floor area of a rental sleeping room in a hotel, motel, tourist home or other similar use shall be 120 square feet.
