§ 110-545. Area and space schedules for residential developments.

  • The residential and planned unit development area and space schedules are as follows:

    Lots for multiple dwellings containing 12 or more dwelling units shall not be less than 16,300 square feet in area, with a minimum width of 100 feet and a minimum depth of 163 feet. In addition, 450 square feet of lot area shall be required for each dwelling unit in excess of the first 12 dwelling units. The maximum number of dwelling units shall not exceed 30 units per acre of residential land area.

    SCHEDULE III. PUD I

    Maximum floor area permitted 20% of total residential land area
    Minimum open space required (A) 380% of permitted floor area
    Minimum open space required (B) 260% of permitted floor area
    Minimum recreation space 18% of permitted floor area
    Minimum parking spaces required 1.5 times total number of dwelling units

     

    Note: The number of dwelling units shall not exceed the floor area divided by 950. The minimum land area (the total land area within the property lines) required shall be five acres.

    SCHEDULE IV. PUD II

    Maximum floor area permitted 45% of total area
    Minimum open space required (A) 160% of permitted floor area
    Minimum open space required (B) 94% of permitted floor area
    Minimum recreation space 12% of permitted floor area
    Minimum parking spaces required 1.5 times total number of dwelling units

     

    Note: The number of dwelling units shall not exceed the permitted floor area divided by 650 square feet. The minimum land area shall be 24,400 square feet.

    SCHEDULE V. PUD III

    Note: The maximum number of dwelling units shall not exceed permitted floor area divided by 650. The minimum required land area shall be 24,400 square feet.
