§ 110-702. Location of parking facilities.

The off-street parking facilities required by this division shall be located on the same plot or parcel of land they are intended to serve; provided, however, when practical difficulties, as determined by the city council, prevent the establishment of such facilities upon the same plot, the off-street parking facilities shall be provided on land within a reasonable distance.
