§ 74-34. Entering closed areas.

Any section or part of any park may be declared closed to the public by the city at any time and for any interval of time, either temporarily or at regular and stated intervals (daily or otherwise) and either entirely or merely to certain uses, as the city shall find reasonably necessary. All city parks shall be closed entirely to all persons and to all uses every day from sunset until sunrise the next morning (such times as determined using the official times for such set forth for each day by the United States Naval Observatory, or other if the Naval Observatory ceases to publish such information then as determined using a similar official governmental almanac of such times) except for activities specifically permitted pursuant to division 2 of this article and other activities specifically authorized by the city.
