§ 90-32. Submission and review of sketch plat.

(a)

Subdividers are invited to prepare for review with the board subdivision sketch plats as further described in section 90-33

(b)

Such sketch plats will be considered as submitted for informal and confidential discussion between the subdivider and the board. Submission of a subdivision sketch plat shall not constitute formal filing of a plat.

(c)

As far as may be practicable on the basis of a sketch plat, the board will informally advise the subdivider as promptly as possible of the extent to which the proposed subdivision conforms to the subdivision design standards of this chapter and will discuss possible plat modifications necessary to secure conformance.
