§ 106-1. Rules governing operation.

(a)

The city council hereby adopts by reference as a part of this section as if fully set forth herein, rules governing the operation of vehicles for hire within the city limits. A true copy of such rules is attached as exhibit A to the ordinance from which this section derives, which ordinance is on file in the office of the city recorder.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any person to violate the provisions of subsection (a) of this section. Violations of any provision of subsection (a) of this section, in addition to revocation or suspension, shall be a misdemeanor of the second degree and punishable as provided by F.S. §§ 775.082 and 775.083.
