§ 10-1. Alcoholic beverages.

  • It shall be unlawful for any alcoholic beverages to be sold, consumed, served, or permitted to be sold, consumed, or served on or about the following described real property, which is the Arcadia Municipal Airport:

    The south half of the southwest quarter and the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 5, Township 38 South, Range 25 East; also the north half of the northwest quarter and the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter, less commencing at the southeast corner of the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 8, Township 38 South, Range 25 East, and run west 15 feet to the point of beginning; thence north 870 feet; thence west 751 feet; thence south 870 feet; thence east 751 feet to the point of beginning, all in Section 8, Township 38 South, Range 25 East. Also that portion of the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 6, Township 38 South, Range 25 East lying east of the public road known as the Scott Road as now located, containing three acres more or less, lying and being in DeSoto County, Florida.
