§ 86-10. Cutting of grass or weeds on right-of-way.

It shall be unlawful for the occupant, or, if there is no occupant, then the owner, of any house, yard, store, or lot of land to allow any grass or weeds over 12 inches in height, or palmettos, to grow upon the spaces between the property lines and the paved streets of the city.
